MTS Venture Fund invests 120 million rubles in customer data platform KonnektU

MTS Venture Fund agrees to invest in the client data management platform KonnektU. The volume of investments in round A reached 120 million rubles.


KonnektU plans to use the raised funds to develop the platform and data analysis tools, as well as to expand sales channels and strengthen the team.


KonnektU is a CDP platform for collecting and working with customer data from various informational and marketing channels and aggregating it into a single profile for marketing personalization and media optimization using ML algorithms and Big Data methods. Platform clients also have access to promotional campaigns, automating loyalty programs, direct marketing communications, targeting and analytics services. To enrich the client profile, over 50 CRM, DSP, e-mail, tracking, advertising platforms and other data providers are connected to KonnektU, which can increase the speed of implementation and reduce the cost of advertising campaigns.


Leading Russian and international companies from the fields of FMCG, DYI, e-commerce, retail, auto, real estate, development and advertising use KonnektU’s services. There were about 250 promotional campaigns and loyalty programs implemented using the platform’s services In 2020. KonnektU’s customer databases contain over 60 million consumer IDs.
