MTS StartUp Hub announces the successful completion of the pilot and further scaling of the SkyTrainer project, resident at the MTS corporate accelerator.
Startup solution is based on a voice trainer for practicing call center interns negotiation skills. This will increase the effectiveness of practical training, while reducing their duration by 40%.
The SkyTrainer robot speaks simple language, expresses different emotions during the conversation and changes the speed of speech, which allows it to prepare the employee for different scenarios. This simulator uses AI to analyze students’ mistakes and recommends communication improvements. SkyTrainer will reduce the attrition rates by providing interns with more practical experience during the internship.
The startup took part in the third batch of the MTS accelerator as part of the HR track. SkyTrainer developers, together with MTS, created 100 conversation scripts on various topics related to customer service, integrated screenshots in their solution, and simulating internal ERP systems for visual memory training.
“When launching the pilot, we had a hypothesis that the intern’s training level after the two months in the SkyTrainer simulator will correspond to the level of employees who have been working in the call center for more than a month. The hypothesis was confirmed. In the long term, implementation of the SkyTrainer solution will allow MTS to save thousands of rubles a month without reducing the level of training of call center employees,” said Dmitry Kurin, Director of the MTS StartUp Hub Center for Innovation and Investment.
“Unlike many other accelerators, the MTS accelerator is aimed more at implementing practical tasks. The company’s employees supported our project throughout the entire period of acceleration and pilot. As a result, we could complete the pilot and sign a long-term contract with MTS. In addition, we are now discussing the possibility of launching a new area of cooperation,” said Aleksey Balakirev, the founder of SkyTrainer.
