MTS selected 14 best technological start-ups to conclude pilot contracts, following the results of the fourth enrollment of the MTS StartUp Hub accelerator program.
Among finalists there are 6 start-ups from the Customer Services business area, five projects from the Ticket services area, two start-ups from the E-Store and one more project that will launch a pilot with #CloudMTS service. MTS is ready to allocate up to RUB 7 m for pilot projects launch. Start-ups with successful pilots will be in the running for scaling up within the framework of a long-term contract with the company. MTS will also consider a possibility of investments in the most efficient projects.
“In the course of the acceleration, MTS StartUp Hub experts transfered their work with start-ups to the remote format. The acceleration program completed with the Demo Day that was held in the online mode for the first time. More than 1000 viewers took part in the event. Among the participants, there were Russian teams that presented their solutions being abroad. “Today’s experience will let us successfully carry out events for foreign projects that will become residents of the recently launched online accelerator for foreign start-ups”, Dmitry Kurin, the Head of MTS StartUp Hub, commented.

AutoFAQ.ai — a consulting service for employees and customers on sites, in social networks, messengers, by phone and via e-mail;
Blinger.io — a solution for communication with clients via messengers, social networks, online chat and e-mail in a unified interface;
Chattermill — a platform to assess customer experience and to get feedback based on the artificial intelligence;
Speech Analytics — a speech analytics service that translates voice telephone calls into texts, analyses 28 speech parameters, automatically assesses the work of operators and customer loyalty level;
Kvint — voice robots that can replace a person during a phone call;
Application Traffic Control, ATC —a SaaS solution to detect failures in internal processes performance that are not usually observed by monitoring systems.
Ticket Services
Crowdfilming — an online service for shooting and automatic assembling of individual videos into collective combined videos;
Visitor — a service of marketing customization based on user data;
Wedao — a platform that analyses artists’ popularity to organize concerts
Karma Analytics — a blogger analytics platform;
TicketSell — an AI platform used by event organizers in order to maximize profit from ticket sales.
